the land beside was still pretty barren with only a few bungalows facing the golf course and last I checked!!!!
all the trees were gone!!! more bungalows on the other lot.
That bare parcel of land = the development of Serai Saujana housing The View and The Villa.
Our unit will be facing the lake/pond at hole 18 in Saujana Golf & Country Club. partially lor coz those bungalows took all the best view liao. Location map by Serai Saujana developer pretty accurate huh?
We are as excited as you are:) Building a new home is a serious business *affair* for both of us. And we are designing every single square feet and corners and interior with love and care.
We guess it is just nice to prepare u guys with "The List" first while waiting for the new place to be ready. It will be in 2009. *will update on exact month*
We have discussed about it and realized how important "The List" is. Family & friends will be buying lotsa nice things for the new place. *Thank you*. At the same time, we don't want you to be wasting your $$$$ on things that we may not like, which we will chuck it elsewhere and become HISTORY and dust and junks.
This will be the preliminary "The List" and will be updated whenever some new things come across our mind. Here it goes......
1) Coffee Machine What better brand to settle for than JURA, a swiss brand. We found that it's available at Robinsons and Isetan in Malaysia. Currently no official distributor in Malaysia. JURA Impressa Z5 important feature must have - can make cappucinno!!! We guess by 2009, they should have other newer model.
2) Royal Doulton - Gordon Ramsay series (booked by Ms. Veeny, TQ TQ TQ with love) the Gordon Ramsay White series is simply exquisite!!!

3) Rinnai BBQ set (booked by Prince C, tq tq tq tq tq) made in Australia, can't remember which series is he getting....the 6 burners or the 8 burners? only him who got licence to grill!!!! and in this case, JS.
4) Cutleries - Arne Jacobsen/ Georg Jensen well, we don't think can get the above brands in Malaysia at all, but Georg Jensen...yes in Spore and Jacobsen the famous Danish architect and designer is available in HK. cutleries set by Arne Jacobsen......JS lurves them so much. I do not how to appreciate the above....hmmmm looked so urm.... sorry. salt & pepper grinder by Georg Jensen. I like!!!!!
5) Dining set for balcony ok, this is a headache.....coz the balcony measures 23 feet x 11 feet I think a 6 or 8 seater would be nice, something suitable for outdoor and long lasting with our tropical weather. balcony looks like this, lots of steel + glass.....so dining set should be able to blend in.
6) Meat slicer ok I have no idea what is this, it's supposed to be a cool sharp gadget to slice your meat according to the thickness u prefer. *alwiz seen at supermarket meat counter*
7) Vacuum pack machine when u have a meat slicer, u'll need this to complement it. hey Mr. JS, u wanna open a butcherie at home izzit? hai.....-_-
8) SMEG fridge ok, we are gonna get a BOSCH fridge but dunno why need another smaller one like cute baby SMEG.
prollie just too cute it's a must have!!!! well this item is just etc etc item. Won't die without it. *Can get at KITCH at Old Klang Road*
yes I guess at this point, some of u may ask.... WHAT ABOUT WINE CHILLERS???
don't worry folks.... we gonna have: a) 2 built-in Liebherr wine chillers b) 3 BOSCH wine chillers c) and a wine room more than enuff.
9) Food processor/blender - HEAVY DUTY this is important to JS. Kindly leave a comment on type and make. I dunno.
10) GOLF Buggy - (Booked by Bernard da Joker, TQ TQ TQ TQ TQ TQ) still in negotiation with him and Jebsen & Jessen yeah why need golf buggy??? will tell why in the near future....let's concentrate on "The List" at the moment.
11) Paintings for our empty walls JS: "Only original copy pls."

12) bedsheets???? well let's KIV this first coz I dunno whether is it OK for others to buy this for us. should be a minimum of 1200 threads.
13) Brabantia bins we are currently using Brabantia....can't think of any better brands, if u can lemme us know. I kinda like this sensor kitchen bin, JS still prefers the old school step-on-bins. hmmmm.....
we'll need quite a number this time.... will update on the figures.
14) LSA glasses the above is LSA Jazz collection, currently available at Gudang Damansara + Ombak KLCC no we don't like with swirling or watsoever designs. this is more like it, LSA drinking glasses + pitcher. *I can't remember how many LSA glasses I've broken at home....hai...* *I've also broken Si Fu Lawrence's LSA Champagne bucket....sorry :(((((*
15) LSA vase vase would be good too :)))) also from LSA LSA vase glass simple like this will do too!!!! with flowers they just looked splendid!!!!
16) OSIM chair ok, just got canceled by Mr. JS we are getting a THAI maid...*sawadee kaa maam* so she will doubles as OSIM chair as well. I want my mani mani massage!!!!!
17) Arne Jacobsen's iconic chair no massage chair then get this one lor. I think it is very very expensive, we will see how lar.
Well that's about it for the moment. I think it's quite a substantial and heavy list already.

18) Plasma TV - 70 inches okie this is about freaking 200k. *I can get another entry level apt* JS, u want u buy your own kay.
19) Porsche Cayenne Turbo I think this is too much, *this cost the amount of our new condo* u go buy your own ok??
