WIP

WIP = work in progress

it's a blessing that we were able to view the construction

anytime we want...
just need to go to Saujana to play golf
>_<well if compared to month of May 08,
they have advanced erm...2 levels

just finished the parking floors,
they are currently constructing the rest.
phew...finally.
well looking at construction pics are boring
lemme bring u through my neighbours' home

I hope they are not reading this blog,
otherwise I have to pay them royalty fees
I like this home a lot...
it belongs to a doctor.
with 2 separate wings....
it has a built-in floor to ceiling arwana fish tank.

errrr next time I'll try to zoom in and snap pic for u guys,
but with the amount of security cameras at his home...
I takut~~~~~

Can u see the buggy track?

The View

I don't believe it...
they don't have any showrooms of the unit we bought....
WHY????
the living hall is approximately 24 x 24
excluding the entrance's foyer.

what am I to do with it?
it's 7 x 12
GAH!!!!

Guess we will remove all the air conditioners *which come with the unit*
and replace with the cassette type?
so much of work.
sigh.

so is a 60" plasma big enough for it?
or is it gonna be tiny in this hall?
currently we are using a 42" plasma.
how big should the sofa set be???
for 10 pax? I dunno.
I need help here.
balcony is about 23 x 11....
a BBQ set is a must
but how big should the dining set at the balcony be????
for 4? for 6???
it's like too big!!!
what else should I put?
Master bed is 25 x 16
excluding the wardrobe
should we have the study area here??
in the bedroom??
more WORK for me????
walk in wardrobe is bout 11 x 7
in the show unit, they have a small dressing table inside.

the mirror opens up to a window..

that area is a floor to ceiling window.
should I follow suit?
GAH!!!
okie at least I know I don't have to worry bout the washroom
I dunno,
maybe we won't like the finishing later.
GAH!
do we ever need this? Shall we remove it?
why do u ever need such huge windows?

GAH!!! I really need help!!
somebody anybody
teman me to do shopping now!!!

JS already list down what he wanted for his kitchen(s)
all the gadgets plus the design..
plus material
:(((((((((((

I am way too behind.
Bedroom + wardrobe + balcony + other rooms = my responsibility

okie wine room is his.

I soooooo got to go to Archidex tmrw.

The Villa

The Villa is the semi-d luxury development at Serai Saujana

Serai Saujana = The View + The Villa
the steps at the patio
nice but not child-friendly
Emily & Doc were in Malaysia
we had lunch at Kogetsu and brought them to see the showroom
which was just beside the golf course.
the living area with its floor to ceiling door + windows
the dining area looked so spacious
well, it IS spacious.
both were housed in the "main building"
however the dry kitchen is small for me
I mean for JS
with an even smaller kitchen.
Gag!!!
JS won't be able to cook with this kinda space.
then the other living area is a separate building
connected with a bridge
I like the stairways with lots of light.
well if u are lazy like me,
there's a lift for 3 floors.
yes a personal lift for the entire household.
study room at the top floor
master room, looked kinda small
with a walk-in wardrobe
and bath with a view
I just like all the windows
my future maid will have a hard time just cleaning em
walked over the bridge which connected us back to the main building/house
another level for entertainment/relaxing/extra room if u want
I looked down and it's quite high
the other way would be the dining area.
more windows.....

I didn't snap the other rooms at Level 2,
the huge nice state of the art garage,
and other corner of the place.

anyway this is The Villa project,
we bought The View...

The Villa start from RM 4.2 mil onwards.

If The Villa looked small and uninteresting,
I dunno what to expect at The View.

Chanting to myself

In progress~~~
